submitted by Yenifer P. - |Recommended: YesMy Experience So Far — My move in experience has been amazing The staff is so helpful, they respond super fast, and they responded to my maintenance request literally overnight I can already tell my time here will be amazing. I love the complex itself it’s so clean, calm, and a breathe of fresh air every time I look outside. The mailbox set up is so amazing and convenient I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who asks me where they should look to move.

submitted by WILLIAM N. - |Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — I moved here in 2021, then left in 2022. When I applied to come back in 2023, luckily they were as glad to have me as I was to come home to Vista at Rocky Fork. The complex is always clean, the maintenance staff are wonderful to work with. The only reason I can see not to live here is if it would give you a comment of an hour or more.

Everyone living here is nice and respectful, the units are nice, may be outdated on fixtures, but beautiful nonetheless. Loads of natural light and the basements are finished, pool is kept up, and the grounds are well tended too. We are allowed to grow flowers and more, and it looks nice, makes sense why there is never a unit open.

Maintenance and the office are efficient . Everyone is so nice and does their job to the T ,to make this place a quiet safe home for us . We love it here

They come right away when something needs to be fixed. The complex is a little outdated. It could use some painting of the patio, new window screens. Minor stuff. But overall I like it here. It’s very neat and clean.
